| How to place order to the shopping cart |
| There are four steps in which you have to complete for the online order to be processed. |
Step 1, You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish step 1 with your billing and shipping information as well as the credit card info. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again on Step 2. Step 3, Allows you to choose payment methods with different credit cards. Step 4, As soon as your order is processed, it will be shipped.
After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart. Click "Checkout" and continue to fill out the online order form. If you wish to cancel the order, simply press "Remove." If you wish to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping" and it will bring you to the home page again. |

There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% on all cancelled orders. If the product has already been shipped you will need to make arrangements to return it to Shopping Mall. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the scheduled destination. Product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on and in the same condition that it was received. All order cancellations must have a return authorization number, all returns without authorization will be refused.

- Returns [Return policy]
If you should need to return an item contact "SSEIREN" by phone or E-Mail and request a RAN (Returned Authorization Number). Returned items MUST have the RAN (Returned Authorization Number) written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.
- "SSEIREN" will issue a refund "less shipping and a 25% restocking fee" for orders made in error by the customer within 10 days of date shipped, or if you order a product and change your mind about the order and wish to cancel the order after the product has been special ordered for you a 25% restock fee still applies plus shipping charges. Carton must be un-opened and all product accessories, manuals, etc., intact, new and un-used. After this 10 day period, it is at the discretion of "Cherish" to accept any inventory back. Once a return authorization number has been issued, it is only valid for 15 days after issuance. After this 15 day period "SSEIREN" will refuse product.
We make efforts to exchange or refund if possible, but due to some unavoidable problems, we can not exchange or refund for below items.

Doll - we receive orders first and then manufacture, so once we start manufacturing the doll, we can not refund.

Damaged items after you wear clothes or shoes (including washing or repair)
